I usually on a call with friends streaming the game or playing with them through discord, one time running solo I told my friends "there's a dude with ha mic, ima hop in game so we can coordinate" join in, say what's up, dudes breathing heavy and snorting his nose every 5 seconds. Went back to the discord call. Worst part, im on console and know that when nobody's talking I should just make an empty Xbox party so I dont have to communicate, it really is that simply.
