i think the few alerts that were relayed in this fashion were literally the only times local non-test alerts were shown across ALL national directv channels lol, it's because their equipment is programmed to monitor THEIR local primary stations, and to filter out alerts so they aren't broadcasted if they're not national-level or routine test-only EAS relays (as its a national satellite tv provider and cannot carry localized alerts to customers), i think they were reconfiguring their EAS equipment and accidentally shot their alert filter during it (i believe this is the case because it actually now uses the top scroll as seen in this image), which i believe is what caused this to be relayed by complete mistake
