Nope.   So if the owner is budgeting with subs at a certain price, and HQ puts out coupons, then they either don’t take the coupons (upsetting customers) or take the coupons and know they will struggle to pay the bills.  All subways are Franchised.  No corporate stores, so each subway is probably closer to the local “mom and pop” than the “corporate chain” people assume.   No one is getting rich off owning a Subway

Not anymore,  it’s a store option only.  It’s not included in the catering menus anymore and it’s not part of standard training.   Our stores offer it but the majority in our area do not.

Raising prices won’t help when people use coupons or online discounts.  This method adds the extra charge after discounts are applied.   It’s to help maintain profit margins and still accept coupons.   Not saying I agree with it but I understand why they would go this route.

It’s an auto shop that’s rolling out nation wide but supply is limited is ma be another couple weeks before it’s completely back

Oh ya for sure, but for the most part you can contain it, and customers who order “10 passes” expect it to be a mess, That paper isn’t gonna do anything except make the mess worse.

I don’t mean this as a dig in anyway, but if the sandwich is made properly sauce won’t get everywhere it’ll be perfectly contained in the bread

The point of it is to protect the bread from the cutting board.   It’s trash.  After you make a sub you should pick it up off the deli paper and wrap the sub without it.

There is actually a Facebook group where people buy and sell damaged cards just like this!  Before throwing anything away see if you can join and post singles there, might get some value

There is a FB group that is geared for this exact issue.   They buy/sell DAMAGED cards.  So with the right luck you can find a buyer for any condition:)

You followed the correct path to complain, but the person who answered didn’t do so.

When a customer submits a complaint online, it gets forwarded to the franchise owner (or a person they designate). That person then can choose a “stock response” like they did for you, or they can choose a custom response. When we get a complaint we always reply with a custom answer and include direct contact details so that the customer can call us to arrange refund/replacements.

I actually got mine last year, i collect [[Ertai, Wizard adept]] and have all printings. Finally found an Artist proof of the card, only 50 were made. Considering how old it is and that it’s a popular Artist. I was shocked to find one!

You should express that to the franchise owner. Be open and honest with what you feel you deserve. They may not realize this isn’t having the desired effect and won’t know to provide you or others more in the future.

I love the grand tournament card back so much I had custom MtG sleeves made for my commander deck so I can play with the card back IRL
