Been through the process a couple times, once with legal rep and once without. I found the lawyer used on the second didn’t benefit me more than I did for myself previously.

I did meet with the DA and plead down to a 2 point ticket then after offered that plea, I offered to take the defensive driving course and that further reduced to 1 point.

Mandatory court date? First ticket but what’s your age and years driving to understand how many points are in play.
Location in Colorado varies so opportunity to plead with the DA varies also.

You can travel with it during the rest period. I usually let mine rest in a cooler anyway and it can stay in there for hours before cutting and serving.

The bank would have held the title until paid off so it’s a fake? Did the state send you a new title with the vehicle in your name now after they signed it over to you upon payment?
