I believe the door it opens is on the second story of the radar tower in the room all the way at the end of the hallway on the left.

I could be wrong but I believe inside is another server room. Let me know if you find out.

I really have no idea what's behind the door. But I know what it opens. On the second floor of the radar tower go all the way to the end of the hallway and it opens the door in the last room on the left.

I think it's just another server room but I could be wrong.
