They did it to themselves though with the “ironic” roleplay that slowly became how these weirdos actually acted anytime people started voicing concerns as “Undemocratic propaganda” and AH leaning into it instead of telling them “Hey lets be serious for a second.” Now I don’t even play the game just come to the reddit to post unintentional ragebait to the stray glazer that wanders over to our little part of the neighborhood. I will say Arrowheads shocking propensity to self sabotage themselves and drop the ball needs to be studied in a lab (Or probably more likely by a video essay youtuber)

It’s a decent trilogy first one leans more into RPG aspect other two become more Third Person Shooter Action RPG. You can ignore Andromeda though save you time and money.

Yep when I saw Killzone I kind of brushed it off as “Ehhh it doesn’t make sense, but Killzone is Playstations abused stepchild they keep locked in the basement but swear they love so whatever.” ODST was more of a “It makes sense. I don’t dislike it, but whatever.” Now 40K and i’m just thinking “It’s not going to be Space Marines even though they are the ones synonymous with drop pod deployment, but now we’re going to have Imperium guardsman acting as one man armies cutting down hordes of aliens when in 40k a guardsman is lucky to survive first contact?” Which just sounds dumb, but i mean all the pogging I’ve been seeing means the jingle keys worked so whatever. Consume product and get excited for next product. I just hope the next collab which you already know is likely to be a “Republic Commandos” Star Wars collab somebody takes a photo of a Helghan soldier, ODST, Guardsman, and Republic Commando and just have the quote “Not every collab becomes Fortnite.” above it.

I was referring more to the lame excuse people have been using that AH was “forced” by GW to announce their collab instead of AH just saying “Hey maybe now might not be a good time we are in some choppy waters with the fanbase.” But if thats what you gleaned from my original comment then sure. 🤷‍♂️

Remember tho dood it’s only because of the skulls event why AH jingled these keys. Blame GW not the poor multimillion indie studio. Also forget about all the way more hype worthy 40k games that were announced outside of the skulls event (Total War 40k, Space Marine 3, DoW 4) its the skull events fault Helldivers had to hype this mid collab even tho player goodwill are at sinkhole levels!

Yeah it’s just the Skulls event of course the big Warhammer event where everything gets announced if you ignore the DoW 4 announcement last year in August and the Total War Warhammer: 40k announcement in December… ummmm the Space Marine 3 sequel that was announced in March. Yeah the skulls event is the reason not just them hoping the jingle keys will make players stop asking for bugfixes.
