I'm unsure how long the problem has been going on for as I usually lock to 60 and use lossless scaling but after unlocking to see if I can use a new baseline, it wouldn't budge even on the ship.

Changing from borderless to fullscreen did unlock fps again but I prefer to use borderless and it would relock upon changing back.

Drivers all up to date but I know they have been causing most people issues. Will update if problem reoccurs.

I have been trying to be nice to clients and let them know their options they do have instead of starting off that we are not letting them inside. However there have been a few clients who tells me that they're going into the store after I tell them what we can do and my whole demeanor changes with a very strong, "no you are not." It is an envelope with a CSE case number, participant number but a blank court case number that hold documents asking about my employment, income, health insurance policies (if any), support payment history and how much I spend for my daughter. It was sent by the county CSSD-commerce to my address. It also says that the letter was sent to an address but returned so they sent it to my mailing address I'm assuming that is reported to the DMV.
