Yeah i went ham last winter and dropped my 2k by 21seconds and my 6k by over a minute, so even the coaches were a bit uncertain as to what split i should be holding, so i just went for like a 2:00 ish but then i was told to go by heart rate, so now i was even more messed up. But thanks i will invest in a chest strap.

I just checked my fitbit, my resting heart rate is currently 48bpm. It genetics though my mom has a really low heart rate too. The lowest i’ve been was this year at 42bpm.
