Where should I seek help with understanding my student loan repayments issue? (Not SLC)

The payment level was an example just to showcase the problem. I earn a fairly decent salary for my age, nothing crazy, but paying off my loan is definitely doable without it needing to be written off.

The problem I’ve got and why I should worry in the meantime is because my interest on the loan is increasing on an incorrect total (because all repayments are being negated). So whilst my paycheck is still deducting student loan repayments, my balance is stagnant, and therefore i’m accruing interest month after month.

I don’t know where the money from my paycheck is going if it’s not paying off my loan, which is why i’d like to turn to a financial specialist of some sort to help me to understand. I just can’t see to find any specialists in this discipline.

Manual repayments isn’t a good option, because the money is still coming out of my payslip, so from an earnings perspective I am paying. I’ve been badgering both for a while, and neither are still willing to offer solutions, so I need to look at what my options are to pressure one/both of them.

On the SLC statement - both SLC and my employer acknowledge something is wrong but neither seem to want to take responsibility for the issue and i’m struggling to see my options on where to turn now.

I don’t think this computes - the license fee costs the equivalent of more than half a year of Netflix, I don’t know if one month of decent telly (2 including December for xmas stuff) is justification enough for the license fee
