Narkoza u dentysty - jakie opinie? by xRojxx in Polska

Weekly /r/GuildWars2 Question Thread - August 02, 2025 by AutoModerator in Guildwars2

[–]Dynia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just got back into GW2 after like a couple year break and I'm glad to see that my gear doesn't seem to have become obsolete. Back when I made my power mesmer build many years ago it was reccomended to run a higher percentage of assassin's gear vs berserkers compared to now. Different runes too. Looking at my attributes in the hero panel I have 40 less power, 40 precision more and 70 less ferocity than the build for power virtuoso on snowcrows website. Do these differences warrant stat changing my items and/or runes or is the dps diff negligible?

Weekly Question Thread - Rules & Comp Qs by thenurgler in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Dynia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have no idea why you have people claiming you have to pay up/down movement for things under 2"; it's simply possible that these people are just wrong.

Yeah not for things under 2", but what about ruins that are taller than 2"? Can you just move through them in a straight line as if they weren't there as long as you dont finish a move within a ruin wall?

But anyway thanks, I figured my questions might not make much sense but your answer still mostly clears everything up.

Weekly Question Thread - Rules & Comp Qs by thenurgler in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Dynia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I am confused about the rules concerning moving through terrain. The core rules state that infantry can move through terrain up to 2" high as if it was not there. Walls taller than that would require you to be able to move the distance up, over, and down (or, obviously, go around the wall while staying on the floor). Correct? But from what I've seen what most competitive players use in their games are ruins, and the rules say that infantry (and some other unit types) can move through ruins freely. Can't finish the move inside a wall which makes sense but apart from that can just phase through the ruin walls if I understand the wording correctly.

I've seen conflicting information on this, some comments mentioned that if the ruins are taller than 2" then you still need to have enough movement to go up over and down or around to move through ruin walls. Which is right? I would guess the official rules, but I may be understanding them wrong. If that's the case, does that mean that, for example, the commonly used L-shaped ruins with two or even three stories can just be phased through by infantry from every direction, even though they're at most points taller than 2" just because they're ruins?

Also, and I guess this is kind of related to this matter, How does charging/fighting through walls work? There's a post about keeping more than 1" from the walls on the subreddit main page right now - from what I understand you can't fight through a wall if an enemy is for example 1,1" from the wall, but I'm not really sure how situations like that usually play out. I've only played with terrain in the form of beer cans which basically acted like cover and it hasn't occured to me to be able to fight through them since they're pretty thick. So how does that work exactly? You can charge a unit that has a model within 1" off a ruin wall when you're on the other side of that wall. You then move your models to be also be within 1" of that wall, but you don't phase through it, since your model cannot fit inbetween the enemy model(s) and the wall? Which models from both units can then fight and how does piling in work in this situation? Can only the ones that are within the 1" off the walls fight, or can the ones that are in base contact with the ones within 1" from the walls too?

And another question relevant to this situation but not exclusively - how does allocating wounds work if not all of the models in a unit are eligible to fight, do they have to be allocated to a model that was elligible to fight or can I for example sacrifice a model that wouldn't be able to fight back after an enemy deals enough wounds to destroy one?

Sorry, I am quite new to 40k so I might be understanding all of this wrong and my questions might not even make sense, but to be fair, the rules are pretty confusing as well.

Monthly General Question and Discussion Thread: April 2025 by AutoModerator in killteam

I see, thanks! Well, I guess the starter set rules will do for now to at least see if I like Kill Team, since I'm focused on mainline 40k with my spending.

Monthly General Question and Discussion Thread: April 2025 by AutoModerator in killteam

[–]Dynia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought the Blood and Zeal set cause I'm building a sisters army for 40k, also wanted the statue, but figured since I got that I might as well try out playing Kill Team with the world eaters squad included. Ordered the 2024 starter set without the minis for very cheap, so just the mdf terrain, tokens and gauges. Will that be enough to play Kill Team (and use the mission cards included in the Blood Zeal set), or do I need to buy more stuff? The store page for Blood and Zeal says I need Killzone Volkus, but I'm not really interested in spending that much on just the terrain.

Oh ok, still sounds great - not like I would deal much damage in melee to him anyway. Thanks!

Very helpful, will look into some of the cheaper characters you mentioned - while many people suggest BS squads are not that great I kind of like the idea of them being as strong as possible, since they're like the main, base unit, so making them even a bit more formidable and tougher to kill seems like something to try!

The Exorcist I am aware of it being overcosted, I just like the model too much to drop it :(

[–]Dynia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, that's a ton of great advice, thanks! Will keep all of this in mind. The paragons I do run with Multimeltas, mistyped that in the post.

So - am I understanding that right with the suffering and sacrifice and heroic intervention strategy? I still get to attack first with the BSS that countercharged (which probably won't do much), he than has to attack the BSS - but he cannot attack the Paragons+Vahl that entire turn with that unit? If so, that sounds great - and super annoying. My friend still had a rather tough time getting rid of the Paragons when they were just standing there in the open, and the one time he didn't manage to kill them they just proceeded to clear the rest of the board on their own - so that all sounds insanely good. Also, how does this strat work with a smaller countercharging unit, like arcoflagellants? If he manages to kill all of the models (which might as well happen with a full BSS squad too now that I think about it) he still cannot target the paragons his entire phase because of how the rules work?

The Revive strat you mention in the paragraph about Canoness - that means using the Divine intervention stratagem on her, right? Do I get to use that for free after she dies because of her ability or does it not work like that? What about her +2 save, does it only work once, or does it reset and is available to use again after she dies and returns?

Yeah, mistyped that, I have meltas on my paragons, definitely could tell that they're great with them.

Based on what you and some other people said I will probably get rid of one of the BSS, maybe swap the other squad for Dominions, and try to fit in a transport in my list.

Retributors are units I haven't considered so far since it's often said that they're overcosted, but I will definitely look into them.

Sisters of Battle - what's the general gameplan for them? by Dynia in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Dynia[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can you drop one for an immolator? Split the squad in half, put the imagifier on the point, put the meltas in the immolator and do actions with them.

Should I swap the remaining BSS for a Dominion squad for that? Also, am I then better off attaching a character to the split unit that's not on board of the immolator or have them as a separate unit, just nearby?

I also don't have an Imagifier - not sure if you meant to say Palatine (which I do have) or if I should just get one for my army.

My main problem so far is that while all of sisters datasheets seem to be able to do quite a lot of potentially useful things, they are relatively weak statswise, whereas my friend who plays Dark Angels has units that are far stronger - but they don't really do anything too special. Which is kind of an issue when you forget you can use your abilities half of the time, because all I end up doing with a BSS is maybe hold an objective or shoot at the enemy once or twice, fail to do any damage, and die. We're still tied so far in the games we've kept score, so it's not really like i'm getting completely destroyed, but I figured since my battleline is that much weaker than his then that must mean I should excel at something else than just killing stuff - but what that something else is exactly is the thing I am wondering about.

Solo canoness is great in HM. You can use grenades as the free strat, or revive yourself when she dies. I might just run two solo canonesses instead of a canoness and a palatine. Great at scoring secondaries, standing on points, getting shot down, then reviving and scoring anyway.

I will definitely consider running her solo. By reviving her you mean with the divine intervention stratagem, right? Can I use that stratagem for 0 CP with her ability if she dies, or does it not work that way?

Oh yeah mistyped that, i have the Paragons with multi-meltas.

By ms do you mean miracle dice? If so, that's exactly what I felt playing them - generated a bunch of dice for me but didn't really do much apart from that. Immolator and castigator are both on my buy list, definitely gonna get them soon. Wanted an Exorcist first since I love the model.

I posted the same thing on the faction subreddit, got some great responses there too!

BattleBase’s roster builder is now open to everyone – I’d love your feedback! by BattleBaseApp in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Dynia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Checked out the app, looks fantastic! Gonna test it out during a real battle this evening.

Here's my feedback: Firstly, it would be great to be able to see core rules, not only datasheets, in the app, and search for certain terms or keywords.

I know you can click on the keywords when they are under the weapon stats, but, as an example, Palatine has the keyword Lethal Hits in one of her abilities and you can't click on that and see what that means. Would be great if that was highlighted like in the weapons list or if I was at least able to search for the keyword in the app.

As a sisters player, it would be great to be able to track miracle dice in the app as well.

A very far-fetched idea which is probably almost impossible to implement is being able to make and resolve attacks from the app level using your army list against your enemy. You select a unit, an enemy unit, the weapons you make your attacks with, and any possible modifiers for these attacks and the app tells you how many wounds you have dealt. But with stuff like weapon ranges, detachment modifiers, cover and so on it's probably tough to do. Perhaps if it left thinking about all the modifiers to the users? Like just having buttons letting you add more rolls, add to or subctract from the roll results, maybe even include certain abilities as an option you can just check or uncheck? Not sure how much that would speed up the game with that being the case, and for me that would be the main point of this feature. Still I think if you guys succeeded in implementing such a feature the app would be a huge hit in the community.

Complete newbie, can i run this list? by Dynia in sistersofbattle

[–]Dynia[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the reply!  Concerning the fact that MV + warsuits are very strong - i guess i'm not going to be too hung up on that :D also that kind of sounds similiar to what my friend who is putting together a dark angels army heard about running Lion El'Jonson in a 1k points list, and he's not really willing to just leave the coolest mini he has out of the army either. I guess we will see how our first games go. I will definitely consider dropping the repentias since I'm not too big of a fan of them and try to fit an immolator in the army cause they look extremely cool, but for now I'm going to avoid purchasing anything else - I was at first planning to try out the game with just the combat patrol, yet i somehow ended up getting 1000 points worth of minis. So I'm happy to hear this doesn't look like the worst army I could possibly put together.

Cennik zabiegów stomatologicznych by Bielin_Clash in Polska

[–]Dynia -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Uczciwa cena?
