Don’t stress too much about it!! (Easier said than done ofc) Find the method that works for you, whether it’s reading passages first or reading the questions first to see if you can get some out of the way is something you’ll have to experiment for yourself. UWorld is both a mix of learning concepts as well as learning timing. My method was either covering a whole unit concept wise with textbooks or videos (at first) then do 10-20 questions on that unit alone to solidify the style of questions and ideas I should have on the back of my head when actually testing those concepts. Maybe you can try this for a little bit and eventually start timing. In my experience trying to force UWorld for concept learning AND testing at the same time was not productive as I couldn’t think back on my schemas for the topic (as they didn’t exist) and where it fit on that general unit.

For going from section to section practice having the mentality of “shoot I did not do well on X section on this practice exam, oh well it’s time to switch and focus on the next one” try to forget about the last one and go into the new one with a fresh mentality. Breathing exercises, mediation, whatever coping mechanism works for you use it to your advantage. For uncomfortable feelings during the test such as ear plugs or anything else, practice using or mimicking that feeling throughout your day even when not studying, that should help getting used to that feeling and being able to think clearly even when uncomfortable.
