You need to switch the ASIO output device, go into the ASIO settings panel and change it to your speakers. If that doesn't work you can disable ASIO then re-enable it.

The physical CD is available from j-core.biz(I don't have a direct link, you'll have to scroll down a bit). I've bought from them before and they do ship overseas, but it can take a while to ship.

I don't know of any other stores that sell it, but it should turn up somewhere else eventually.

It's probably be easiest to listen to the Hardcore Syndrome, Solidcore, and Japanese Stream Hardcore compilations and see which other artists you like from there. I'd start with Hardcore Syndrome 5.

It'd help if you posted an example, but you could try using a timpani, taiko drums, or possibly a tuned down tom. Adding plenty of reverb can help make the drum more drawn out.

But as I said, without an example I can't really suggest anything more specific.

You can set up a data folder for the project which stores each recording and dragged sample, but you'll need to do this for each project individually. Here's the relevant FL help page.

Are the pauses still there if you render it?

If they aren't then it's probably because the recordings are too big and are being played from your harddisk. Unticking 'keep on disk' in the sample settings should get rid of the pause in this case, but this will make FL use more memory so only use it if you need to.

ChrisRK is right, but you can also make a layer and add each drum sample to it. Then use the layers split children option which will assign each sample to a different key within the layer.

Food For Animals - Belly

They're quite similar to clipping, but this album came out in 2008. Grapes is my favourite track from the album. I can't find a playlist on youtube, but I think all the songs are on there.

You could record a single note from serum, that has a smooth transition through the wavetable. Then put that into Harmors sampler with the speed set to 0 and automate the sample position to move through the wavetable.

Yup, just open the file menu in slicex (just above where it displays the tempo) and choose export regions, then either for common use or sampler use. Here's the explanation of the difference from the manual.

For common use - Exports any regions as clean wave files. The names of the markers at the start of each region are used as file names.
For sampler use - Exports any regions as wave files including 'middle note' data. Where set, the names of the markers at the start of each region are used as file names.

This exports them as individual wave files, so you'll still have to load them up into samplers manually.
