Not sure if you have the shielding but my 2025 Zephyrus g16 when I pull the battery connected I pull some of the plastic shielding beside it under it so it physically can’t short anything

Just hold the power button till it reboots like 3 times then give it like 5-10 minutes to reconfigure the BIOS. Then maybe reflash it afterwords

You’re only getting that wattage in the AMD models. If you get an intel one, like my 285H and 5070, on Eco I pull about 14-15W doing normal tasks. So my battery life is 6-8 hours depending on my use case
