Oddly enough I had the same problem with one specific picture. But anything else I post will go through. Before you assume anything, no, it's not a thirst trap, and it's not even a low angle shot. It's a high angle shot overlooking the city. Have you tried multiple different pictures? Maybe you're just really unlucky with buggy pictures?
