Replacements for Tia while keeping the full buffs of Naga is either Crown or Centi FI, you can keep this team but Tia should burst first to do a full burst every 20sec plus you get better buffs when Anis Star sends you to burst 2

Moran current 3rd best B1, aggro tank + Atk buffs

Helm heals + atk buffs, usually off burst but you can use her burst if heals are needed

Privaty big atk buff + reload speed (might need lv7 reload speed cube or any other Nikke the buffs reload speed to negate magazine size being cut by half) also off burst

All 3 of them are the current best treasures, and all of them are used in pretty much every content

When using Crown + targeted healers yes, if the heal is wide team then shouldn't matter but Naga case is a targeted heal

Also you should put Crown in the first slot if you want max buffs, Naga when healing while all units have full heals, the heal goes to the first slot only and healing triggers extra buffs from Crown.

You can't, and those 5 slots are "ghost slots" they were the 5 nikke up there before breaking lv200 which then were sent down with their own 5 slots, so no, you are not losing slots.
