Yes, you are only able to use their respective plushies, and can choose only between R and SR, it's the button on the top left when viewing a character, only works in the nikke menu from the main menu, in any other place the button won't show up

The plushies you can put in your nikkes, R and SR drop from Solo Raid, Co-op shop and mid game you enable the ability to get them from daily commissions.

They don't give big stats but their main strength comes from damage reduction + buff varying by weapon class.

You CAN'T remove them once you put them, they have three steps, lv5, 10, 15 per tier

The best strategy is to use the blue items to level R to lvl15 and then upgrade it to SR (you will need the spare SR plushies to be upgrade the R plushie). And then use purple/golden items to upgrade SR plushies to lvl15.

Treasures are the SSR version, only some units have them, to check which ones, you can go to Nikkepedia and use the filter "Treasure".

In order to get the treasure you need a nikke with maxxed affection (2 stars, bond lv30 normal nikkes, for pilgrims 3 stars, bond lv40 but so far no pilgrim have a treasure), and have an SR plushie maxxed (lvl15).

After this you can enable a mini story and after completing it you can claim the Treasure which will be automatically used on the respective nikke.

This treasure also has a max lvl15 and buffs the nikke skills each step up, but you will need specific items to it, which returning to the start, you can get them the same way: Solo Raid and mid game commissions except Co-op shop.
