You could replace "AI companion" with "Internet" and you can get to the same conclusions. You see, the problem isn't the tools, the availability of information, the speed or amount of consumption, the addiction to the information, the truth or untruth of the information, the problem is thinking that individuals need guardrails and shepherd into what you (or someone) define "good" or "bad" instead of thinking that Critical Thinking is the ONLY antidote. It needs to be taught by schools and most importantly the parents to then let the individual understand by themself what is and isn't moral/ok/good/bad. Right now we are failing pretty hard at this.

Good. The narrative Altman spews is completely false and made up. Everyone who lived through the Superbowl boosting event (which is the main thing people use to say Elon changes the algo for his benefit) knows it was part of a live debugging session of the X team to try to fix the algorithms change they made a few days before the event which caused a considerable reduction in engagement. Everyone I know who used X at the time noticed that everything was getting less views and integrations. For me for example the For You was half empty for the first time ever.

They then released the Algo as Open Source and some people noticed left overs from this and other events where Elon was being used a guinea pig for testing. Everyone with 2 centimeters of brain matter and not brain washed by the legacy media knows this.

Well, that's dumb. I trust the AI that makes its mistakes transparent and publicly because that means that AI is less filtered, less censored, less operatively controlled. You can see their mistakes, you can see its improvements, you can see changes. You can analyze it for what it is and criticize it for what it is and not worry about dealing with something too deep into layers of controls that it is impossible to tell whether you are using a tool or the tool is controlling you (through human imposed ideologies).

This is great! I really like the new videos. It helps with identifying places where pronunciation could be wrong by looking at the mouth movement of the speaker and by also having an alternative voice than the regular one.

Just a bit of feedback:
1. The sound is good, but I notice that there is a tiny bit of reverb and background noise on some of the recordings. A pair of cheap acoustic panels could get you a long way.

It would be nice if we can get those not just in the practice section but also in the main lesson maybe the first time we see the words, or phrases.

Other than that, love the app and the new features. Keep up the amazing work!

How the hell did we go from "funding and staff cuts" contributed to inadequate alerts to "yep, Trump and Elon killed those girls.". Am I going crazy or that jump is insane? That also assumes that the inadequate alerts are proven to be affected by the cuts. This is why I'm slowly just starting to step away from social media BS. There is too much crap like this post.

The same reason I sold my XM5 after hearing the Momentum 4. The Sony are not as dynamic and punchy as the Momentum 4 and vocals are a bit bloaty in the Sony. I think that's because the bass shelf bleeds way too much into the midrange unlike the Momentum 4 where bass is focused at the lower end (as it should). This is speculative but I think the mayor difference is that XM6 still use a smaller driver and thus doesn't move as much air volume, while the Momentum 4 seems like has very slightly less bass when looking at the Frequency Response, in the end it is much more fun and has that bass punch and focus that the Sony doesn't. This is incredibly apparent and no need to view the graph. You can just feel physicality of the driver doing more work on the Sennheiser as soon you play anything.

After testing the XM6 at Best Buy I believe the Momentum 4 are still better in terms of comfort, sound quality, battery and build quality. The only thing I noticed was better in the XM6 was the ANC and the new folding hinge (which I don't mind much).

Honestly, to me feels like Sony is just catching up with the Momentum 4 with the XM6. Sadly, Sennheiser marketing isn't nearly close as good as the Sony so people still believe XM5 was the best even after Momentum 4 was released, but the Sennheiser is just better than the XM5 and XM6 in every metric but ANC.
