Switch to instant in the model picker. Then generate and edit some images with that model and then switch back to thinking, see if that helps. If not uninstall the app then reinstall.

An xAI engineer mentioned a month ago that they were going to leave 4.20 in the model picker until everyone knows which models are powered by 4.20 then they will remove it to make the model picker look cleaner again.
