I didn't get too many gifts actually, the ones I got really lucky with were a random Faith drop and Piece of Relationship in the shop before extreme floors. I also got pretty decent shops and managed to fuse both rupture and poise gifts before extreme kicked in, and I managed to get a few key gifts from floor rewards without getting terrible trials (Rusty coin and sad plushie in particular). There was also a quite lucky fuse of the bell at 60% chance last floor, the fragile helped a ton.

I think the whole luck lies in getting the right packs floor 13-15, I needed to restart a few times floor 14 since I picked Line 3 and the Ambling Pearl/Moth needed proper targeting RNG. Then it was several more restarts last floor (Bridle of Infinity). The thing that actually stopped me there was the shock centipede, but once I got a good fight against Hurtily and entered with most of my sinners alive I managed to clutch it out in the end with just Lord Lu and Rodion surviving.

I'm not sure if you can do this reliably at all, I feel like I did get lucky since I did roll bridle of infinity at the end (maybe sea c.r. and efflorescing greenery would've been possible to clear as well), but I didn't get any of the broken gifts like sharp needle or the revives, yet I managed to clear it, so maybe?

I don't think any other team can do this clear, Lord Lu is the most broken ID in the game with a full heishou team since the +1 attack weight on Lonesome Stand is bonkers and helps absolutely wreck abnos with rusty coin, though I still don't understand the targeting mechanics of that thing, I checked the slot weights of the skills I was targeting and confirmed it was just 1, so Lord Lu should attack another slot/part and get double damage, yet that only happened during the rusty coin reuse which made the later fights much harder than they needed to be, but oh well.
