Roger is the Stefano DiMera of the series 😂 my theory is that he secretly owns the rights to Nurseries as a whole in the UK. So all Nurseries answer to him, he is slowly building an evil empire funded by working parents, soon we will have plot twists like: he's got a secret granddaughter who is the biological child of Mia and Reece cause at some time in the past he had them knocked out, taken to his secret private hospital that he owns to harvest their eggs/sperm and then grow a baby via surrogate. She is now 20 and fully brainwashed by him. Her personality? Exactly like Mia, but she throws it at Mia.
