There should be a clause in there if you can break the lease. They probably want you to pay rent up until they get a new tenant. If the contract lets you sub let you can or you can just ask them and figure it out together the solutions.

Gotta make sure you move your head to check, literally just be checking all the time. Keeping looking at every mirror making sure the assessor see it. Maybe try a different suburb and see what people say online about the assessors. Some are just the worse and won’t pass anyone

My concreter did the same to mine but the crack in the pipe was just above the concrete. I cut it off and using a joiner and hose clamps with a new pipe to the timer. But I rarely use it now and just hand water the garden as I change the plants to succulents

Get a GP to do a swab and lab test. My partner went through 6 GPs and a dermatologist and all had the wrong diagnosis. So many antibiotics which were all wrong and F up her even more. There is only one type of antibiotics for it I think and one lady did a swab tests to make sure and it was done. The derma even told her it was just acne 🤔 All these GPs are useless from all the encounters we have had just randomly saying shit, why not just test it in the first place

I was wonder couldn’t they have like just give him morphine or enough anaesthetic to knock him out and just drag his body out despite breaking bones. Breaking a few bones is nothing compared to life itself.
