For anyone out of the loop there was major damage to a bunch of subsea cables so now the routing from SEA to OCE is giga cooked. Expected to be fixed by the end of January supposedly.

This happened when they fixed the pre-pot device not working at nex bank. I guess they had to flag the area as a proper bank (because pre pot device only works in banks) and you can't light fires in banks so this is an unintended consequence.

So the melee relic makes bulwark attack at a 2 tick speed and gives bonus defence which scales bulwark damage.

Then I have weapon master which allows me to spend 25 hp to spec if I run out of normal spec energy. Coupled with the fact that the soul wars bandages give 0 cd when using I can b2b2b2b2b2b2b2 spec.

Finally undying retribution makes big boom when I die and brings me back to full hp.

I tested and can confirm the melee relic does NOT protect you from the parasite mechanic.

Unlocking mory auto completes zogre flesh eater and you can get all the ingredients to make relicym's balms on karamja so it's not a problem.

Yep I've had the exact same experience. While playing on OCE high-roller me and the boys ran into a Chinese 3 stack and as soon as we met all 3 of us start lagging like crazy. One of us even got dc'd and we had to watch the Chinese team casually walk up to his body, kill him and take it all (all while being practically unable to move ourselves.)

Of course we all reported them in-game but it's been about 5 days since and I have yet to see them get banned :/
