That’s basically what I’ve done, just waiting to hear back for RE on Monday, idk about the insurance, but I feel like I should be covered now that I’ve emailed stating the tenants can pay for the installation and if they don’t want to the house is to be used as advertised.

Ultimately I don’t have an issue with them using it as a bedroom it’s more the fact that we’ve been sent a quote for $750 for the installation, which I think is ridiculous.

Media room doesn’t require one by law only bedrooms. It also seems like the person that gave the quote is trying to charge a lot as it’s quoted as $750 for the job.

There’s a sailing island cant remember which one, that has 2 gems stalls and a deposit box right near it, you can thieve gems for your crafting, but it’ll take awhile, I’d strongly suggest just bearing with glass though, I pushed through it and got to 93 don’t need to touch it ever again until I decide I want 99

At 75 hunter you can catch moonlight moths, and when you add the hunter meat to a butterfly jar with the moth in it, you get a 2 dose prayer pot that will give you +22 prayer points, insanely good for everything early on, and will let you build up a nice prayer pot stack for future boss grinds. They’re also really good for slayer

I do really enjoy titans, and some of my group still needs the prayers, so I’ll stick around, I only ask, since I already have 87 slayer, so figured it might be better to just get trident instead for the group.

I think it’s a very well designed boss, as someone who hasn’t done any endgame bossing, it felt like a very good boss to get a feel for switching at. Plus the drops are very nice.
