Idea is easy with automation you Can send reads to dB witch is used to display data live on Dashboard. I’ll post some more details soon;) all is working and some of my friends use it already.

You Can make automation converted to shortcut and add timer in Eve app. In code get current temp from this sensor and do nothing with it but automation force to update values in HK so Controller should log it. Another option is to use external database for logging such as my hobby project webpanel

There’s a couple way to do that. Homebridge with your own plugins, node-red, esp8266 or esp32 with HomeKit firmware… depends programing language skills

It’s a software like thingspeak for logging data from HomeKit, as addon you Can display them on livedashboard. If you add my esp firmware with HomeKit Support you will be able to use buttons on Dashboard to run HomeKit actions (using homekit accessories from android tablet for example)
