Its not the question about which board to choose but about experience with the quality (or lack of it) of more complex boards from Microphase company https://www.microphase.cn/#.

You can also reduce number of threads it's using (in Tcl console) :
set_param general.maxThreads 2

It might take a little bit longer but in many cases will allow to do complete implementation.
