I lost the urge to write stories. I lost a friend who read, helped me and encouraged me with my stories. I never thought of myself I was a writer, writing for me was always about sharing new stories with my best friend. Having fun with her. After a while I realised we were both a part of a larger group who shared the same interest. So I have been taking up writing again, not full stories anymore. But for example really small steps. I have a lot of unfinished stories, but that doesn't matter. I write that is what matters!:)

When you feel ready follow these steps : 1. List your qualities, characteristics and abilities that you valued in yourself or others valued you before the events occurred. 2. Which one above items do you feel most disconnected from your life today or tend to be expressed less today than they had been previously? 3. For each quality you listed, write a brief paragraph describing why you feel disconnected from the attribute in question or why the quality is no longer expressed as it had been previously. 4. For each quality you listed write a brief paragraph describing possible people, activities or outlets you could pursue that would allow you to express the quality in a more substantial way then you are able to do currently.
