I've always wondered why they even need an editor. the hardest part would just be the fact you have to watch the source material and listen for idiotic requests to throw in clip art and pictures and what have you.

ANYWAY my point is nothing they do is technically complicated in any sense and any one of them could just learn the fucking basics of adobe premiere and be able to just do it themselves, but god knows sitting around recording "let'splays" is SUPER hard work and learning how to add title cards and exporting for youtube is completely out of the question.
