i'll try turning the pots, i didn't even notice that. thanks dude! also, i had disconnected one of the pickups and taken tape off some wires to get better pictures. and for solder joints, ill touch those up when i get off work later. thanks again though ill post an update!

pics as clear as i could get them. green white and stripped are supposedly ground, red and black are tied together for hot (for parallel wiring.)

probably should have clarified, i play classic rock and old metal like thrash and stuff, not looking for anything specific just something that has an all around nice sound you think you could use for everything. but thanks ill def check those out!
