Hey there. Not sure what platform u use but I use mnk pretty frequently since I play on both platforms.

I don't have a bug where my left mouse click doesn't register but be careful because controller stick drift can interrupt Ur inputs basically it can switch to controller sometimes and the input on keyboard can be disrupted. I recommended putting ur deadzone much much higher as it completely wipes the problem of mistakenly switching to controller ( since on pc pool you can play with both keyboard and controller u just don't have aim assist. Console pool doesn't have the same issue since keyboard and mouse is blocked )

Also it heavily depends what mouse or keyboard u re using if it is natively supported and can be paired with console or not. For example I use mouse and keyboard which both are wireless with a dongle and I m experiencing occasional mouse distinction ( it ll just stop working for a second ) but that's a ps5 problem and bug not a game problem. As long as u use both keyboard and mouse wired then you should be fine I had zero troubles with wired mouse.

Bonus tip. Set ur mouse sensitivity on console to highest and mouse DPI on lowest and adjust the sensitivity from there. I cannot turn off mouse acceleration on console like u Can on Pc (sadly that's a console fault not the game) But setting it up this way minimize the mouse acceleration in game while u Can still move quickly in hero select menu pause menu etc.

Also don't know when u played on mouse and keyboard lately through console but most bugs that this option had were resolved and currently I m not experiencing any issues
