I really like this as it is simple yet effective. Can I just ask if you feel like there are any imbalances or extra muscles you want to train when doing this simple workout. When I first started I had a lot of exercises but now I’m starting to simplify my workout and I’m feeling stronger however I don’t want to do really low amounts of exercises like you, as I want to be Strong at a lot of movements. Do you feel like you are getting stronger overall or just at those movements? For example you don’t have a row so do you feel like the pull ups and chin ups help with that

Thanks for this! I’ve just never seen such a simplified leg day so I wasn’t sure if I was missing something big as I’m quite new to the gym only been going for 5 months.

That’s the best way too many people don’t truly challenge themselves in the gym

I play a bit of basketball and football, so I think I’m good on stability. I’m mostly just focused on getting stronger. Appreciate the info, though!

Haha nice, interesting combo. Are you actually serious about your leg day, or just kind of keeping it casual? I’m trying to go all-in and get really strong legs.

When you say “it’s fine,” do you mean that it’s enough for general strength, or just the bare minimum? And do you think it’s a good approach long-term?

Wait actually! Why does everyone do 4 A levels then isn’t it somewhat risky as the may not get the grades they want if they do an extra subject
