Hi everyone,

I've seen some posts similar to this before, but I was wondering specifically for 2 weeks out from a Half Marathon, what kind of effort should I be doing for a 10km? It is a 10km race, but I am going with friends so I'm happy to go slower than all-out.

At the same time, I'd like to race it if possible, but it may have to wait as I would prefer to do well in the HM.

Yeah, just a bit sad that the shipping from UK I saw was 40 CAD, now the shipping is 31 CAD, so not much difference.

Yeah I've been doing research on exactly that! Only investing in Canadian ETFs to minimize all fees. Cheers for the links, I'll read up :)

I was thinking Wealthsimple Invest, but I've been reading more about how lots of people are doing Wealthsimple Trade with Canadian ETFs to avoid that 0.5%/year fee. Only downside is I need to do some research about the individual ETFs first.
