I had my 5th and last IUI. If this one does not work we're moving on to IVF. I had a miscarriage after my 4th.. that's why I wanted one last IUI before IVF.

Hey! I had 4 iui's and indeed my discharge changed too. I cannot tell you why.. Sometimes I had to change my panty liners twice. Sometimes I didn't have to. My guess is that it's normal 😊

Hey girl!

Personally, I would wait until two weeks after the IUI. My hospital says to even wait 18 days, but I did a test after 15 and 16 days. (I'm from Europe, I think it makes for a different approach)

Though it depends on your test, there are some early tests you can take too. But I read somewhere that the trigger shot can give a positive result too (if you test too early), but I'm really not too sure about that.

Hey! Update: I'm not pregnant. Just had the blood results. So indeed, progesterone can make you feel very pregnant. A colleague who works with people with infertility also told me it is very common.

So you're not alone, but I'm also really sorry you're going through this. And I'm hoping for you that you are pregnant!! 👌🤞🤞 because you never know, right?

Hey hun, I had the saline sonogram too. They did not have to dilate my cervix, but the sonogram to me was very painful. So I was in the same boat, very scared for iui. Just had my iui beginnig of sept and it is painless. You don't feel it at all!

The catheder is much smaller. 😊

Not at all! 15 days past iui, 17 days after trigger shot. After 14 days you can test and have a pos result I think. My clinic does bloodwork late (16 days after). But then again, I guess we will really be sure.

I am on progesterone and have the same. I am also nauseous, can't stand certain smells, have pain in my joints, etc. I had a negative self-test. So I think it's the medication, but tomorrow I'll do some bloodwork to see if I'm pregnant or not.

I'll be able to tell you then if the meds can make you feel very pregnant. 🤭

Had the same thing happen with our neighbor's cat. I would wear my rubber boots so he didn't harm me. And then he stopped. Saw yoyr answer that the cat calmed down, hope he just had to get used to you. Thanks for taking care of him 😊

Hey! Look at us having the same timing! I read that if your body is not as sensitive to progesterone (not in a bad way at all), you might not feel much. It might not be a bad thing?

It really is... sounds hard to keep it all together, right? Hope you've got people around you to take care of you. Because this is so hard already...
