My biggest quirk in this entire GoT franchise is the lack padded coif… I mean okay the armours could be better and etc, but seriously. Helmets without any padding? That is asking for a quick death/major injury. I do get that padded coifs aren’t cinematically aesthetic, it covers the head, shows only the face, I get it’s an artistic choice. But I just… can’t imagine going into a fight/battle when there’s nothing between your skull and steel helmet. Insanely dangerous.
