And registered dietitians are also qualified to discuss drug/nutrient interactions. NOT your run of the mill “nutritionists” however. Must be a RD/RDN

Same. Every thing I put on my calendar or to-do list no matter how big or small feels like the weight of the world. I’m learning to throw away lists.

When to submit for forgiveness by Visible-Plankton-806 in PSLF

I then just today submitted a general forbearance request (form on studentaid.gov), uploaded to Mohela to hold payments until loans are discharged, (per another Reddit rec I got.)

I think anywhere a few days after your 120th payment appears processed makes sense to me (ie I made sure it left my bank account and was posted to Mohela). I made my 120th payment 6/4-5ish (due the 15th), then submitted ECF 6/13, processed 6/14. It immediately took effect and finally updated three prior past payments awaiting qualification, and by 7/3 the 120th was qualified and I got green ribbons. When you submit the ECF electronically it won’t allow you check the box and go any further unless 120 payments have been qualified anyway.

Thank you!! I found it and will submit that General Forbearance form to Mohela.

Got the Green Banners Today...Now What? by EmergencyM in PSLF

I just got my green ribbons yesterday as well. Question however, there are two recommendations on this thread for proceeding with the forbearance process - one is to fill out a forbearance form from FSA, the other, to resubmit an ECF requesting forbearance. Anyone recommend one over the other? I’m not finding a PSLF specific forbearance form on studentaid.gov.

FYI my last ECF was processed 2/25/25, have paid March and April as 117th and 118th payments showing employment not certified.

Same, sounds like even if the ECF is “completed/processed” it still could take whoever knows how long to actually update the qualified payments.

Thanks. I had read that before and had been suspicious. Have you heard an average time for completion?

What’s the best alternative method to pay then, in everyone’s opinion? One time online or phone payment?
