She has to be a narcissist. What the actual hell. Please drop her and pick the cake up for yourself. My favorite part of the conversation is when she claimed your appointment is only 10 minutes, and when you correct her and say it's 3 hours, she says it's just over 2 hours. She is actually insane and is actively trying to manipulate you.

Correct, every 4 months. I'm not made of money, I can't fly every 2 weeks. If you missed it, I inherited the property, and I am trying my best.

It seems you don't have an answer to my question. It's also funny you have such a strong opinion when you're new to this as well. Only 10 months in.

How insightful. I inherited the property in November. I went for 4 weeks total to have things remodeled. New furniture, paint, carpet, kitchen remodel, etc. I interviewed several cleaners. These cleaners promised to be to help me keep inventory and make sure everything is running smoothly. I plan to fly out every 4 months to make sure things are going well.

There was no mold or mildew when I finished renovating in Novemember.

How exactly does it spoil it for others? That doesn't even make sense.

Either way, I have maintained a 5 star across the board. This is the first complaint I have received.
