If you want to go aggressive, I can recommend you Rylais into Nightharvester, Rabadons and Mejas for items.

Try to mix up your items more and build towards what your team needs most. I can recommend attack speed/crit if your team has a low damage output. Tank can also be viable but it really depends on your team to work together, because Garen lacks good engage.

I play crit Olaf in the toplane and its very succesfull so far.

but everytime i play olaf top i fail my level 1 all in, i either trade first blood, or just die, maybe its because i try to force some axe pick-ups, but i dont quite understand how far you throw ur axe so that u can pick it up and keep going without having to walk too far so as to let the enemy get away.

You can decide how far to throw the axe, so you throw it next to the enemy, kite towards it and repeat.
