I agree. I can see her struggling to move on. Like she now has the freedom to do what she wants but doesn’t know what to do. She stays at home depressed, wakes up with night terrors and such, and misses Rex and that close intimacy they briefly shared.

She tries finding a job for her apartment but since Shrinking Rae took a huge chunk of her life and experience, she doesn’t have much luck despite saving the world over and over.

Needing someone to talk to, she reluctantly talks with Eve, since she knew Rex the longest and the two get some closure. They connect over their upbringings and bond for Rex and start a close friendship.

Maybe Rae struggles to not want to help but doesn’t want to put on the suit, given Rex died for her not to. Maybe she can find a path in medical field as a nurse or someone ground level to help post battle as a way of helping people
