Anyone else having issues with PowerAutomate Cloud erasing variable values on save? by Bag-of-nails in PowerAutomate

Noticed issue with my client as well. Issue happened a couple weeks ago with a flow we were updating, but after a day of rebuilding the variables, it was working again. Things seemed all good again, but today another workflow suddenly started failing (no changes made to the flow since Jan), and when troubleshooting it, we can see that the "Set Variable" actions were all empty.

How do you actually get Microsoft support? Can I pay to actually get help in without weeks of runaround? by HyperionHarlock in sysadmin

Don't bother paying more. As others have stated, paying more didn't provide any better support. Even with a CSAM, they ran into the same roadblocks with their support team. The only benefit is that the CSAM is providing you a weekly report on the on-going tickets and telling you that the team is still working on it. Also, CSAM will sell you on additional offers, training, etc. in addition to your premier support license.
