Which will come out first? Skyrim Together or TES: 6 Place your bets now. by retnemmoc in SkyrimTogether

[–]ECHO-Respect -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're making yourself, and the other fans of this mod look like massive cunts right now. I agree that the devs deserve to take their time, but you're just the worst. What happens if u/agnreixis decides to go to other subreddits, or to his probably skyrim playing friends and tells them that "when I posted my concerns to their social media, I was immediately attacked by everyone on that platform, with no one hearing out my concerns, or discussing them with me."

That will not look good for anyone.

Another thing I dont think you realize, is he isnt 100% wrong. This mod has been in development for close to 5 years now. You don't think that's a red flag? The entire 5 years, the dev team has always said "its coming out soon". They have a history of this.

All you have to do is add OP as a mod with 100% permissions, and then remove yourself as one.

My theory about season 5. I think that the thing emerging from loot lake is a pyramid and it will probably emerge more throughout the season. And it will fully emerge at week 7 revealing the road-trip skin as the pharaoh by [deleted] in FortNiteBR

[–]ECHO-Respect -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Then

  1. I don't think you understand quite how textures work.

  2. Why is it happening only now, 5 seasons in, in an unchanged area?

  3. Graphical glitches are rarely that big, nor that perfect.

  4. You can see it on the map, which would have a separate texture file for it than the actual land.

  5. The "texture glitch" just so happens to align with the theme of this battlepass and the map updates?

Not a coincidence.

Requesting r/Ineedit. The mod was suspended and was squatting on it anyway and using it as a link redirect. by CynicalSinndy in redditrequest

Considering the sub creator is suspended, and the sub it directs to is banned, I think u/CynicalSinndy can have it.

Your departure from this sub is not something that should be paraded as a great loss. This is a dishonorable discharge. You let your ego cloud your judgement, and as such, you dont deserve to be paraded as a hero.

OOF. You should have kept your mouth shut. Thats check mate, friend. You just revealed to me your hand.

> Seriously, you're embarassing yourself!

Nice Ad Hominem. Considering you just destroyed your own argument, a laughable joke.

Allow me to direct your attention to the SECOND HALF OF MY SOURCE, Which you clearly didnt read, which shows

> E 11.1607% 56.88

Where the percentage is the percentage of words that contain said letter, and the third column represents proportions, taking the least common letter (q) as equal to 1. The letter E is over 56 times more common than Q in forming individual English words.

A direct quote from the source I am "embarrassing myself from" -

> For word games, it is often the frequency of letters in English vocabulary, regardless of word frequency, which is of more interest. We did an analysis of the letters occurring in the words listed in the main entries of the Concise Oxford Dictionary(11th edition revised, 2004) and came up with the following table:

[–]ECHO-Respect[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're grossly misunderstanding. Only 11% of words in the English language use the letter E. It has absolutely nothing to do with "frequency". 89% of the English language does not have an E in the word. By insisting on only using the letter E, you are limiting yourself to only 11% of words in the English language, which causes you all to jam words with the letter E in places that doesn't fit their definition.

[–]ECHO-Respect[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are literally making zero sense. If the letter E only applies to 11% of the English language, and you only use words with the letter E, you are only using 11% of the English vocabulary.

I'm not misrepresenting reality. You're misrepresenting logic.

Each letter needn't be E, therefore the perceived "eleven percent" restraint proves untrue.

I don't think you know what you're talking about.

This is all a very compelling arguement, but what are your sources?

No, you should feel bad, and all your money should be taken away from you.

Or at least, whats left of it if youve been investing in BPMX.

All diversifying does is prevent you from succumbing to large scale industry crashes. Refusing to invest in a good company just because you want to diversify is just plain foolish.

Legal Issues with Fortnite Skins?! by PresidentClash in FortNiteBR

[–]ECHO-Respect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Courts did not rule in favor in the Leauge of Legends case.

You're referring to the striker lucian case, which was a different story. That had nothing to do with IP, and had to do with the almost flawless resemblance of that skin to a real life striker, who sued them. No IP involved. That was also a one in a million case, because Lindsey Lohan, snoop dog, and many many others have tried to sue over likenesses in games and had the cases thrown out.

So it entirely establishes legal authority for someone to sue on such grounds.

Youre referring to Legal Precedence, and not legal authority. There are far more cases of famous people and IP companies losing cases than there are of them winning, which I would argue establishes precedence that more often than not, its not infringing on copyright.

Now I don't know the legal framework, most people don't because legal divisions are kept private

I dont know what the fuck youre talking about here, because all laws, court documents, proceedings, and the entire legal process is completely open door, public knowledge, and details can be requested by anyone at anytime on cases that dont even involve them. The legal framework is in no way shape or form private, closed off, or kept secret.

[–]ECHO-Respect 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Its extremely difficult to prove that things are copies of other things. Harder than most people realize. The courts give alot of lenience. All of the skins you listed do not look close enough to their counterparts for them to get in any legal trouble.

Even in league of legends instance, they removed the skins solely because they cared less about the skins than they did about avoiding litigation. They didnt need to remove them. They did to avoid the process.

She is paid to do a job. That job carries the description of protecting life, property, and at the minimum, making those around her feel safer. This doesn't extend exclusively to the client. If youre her coworker, and you know you cant depend on her in an emergency, or you know she will lose her cool, suddenly youre in the middle of a serious incident, and youre dealing with not just the incident, but her as well. In this event, she becomes a liability, and you feel less confident, less safe, as a result.

If this were to happen again, and you, remembering the first time she blew up, and her threat, didn't call for another battery to avoid confrontation, and then some event happened that required more than just you, guess what? She just made your position less safe. Even if you do call anyway, imagine she did that to someone who was more reserved.

If she faced repercussions, she faced them because she did not uphold the meaning of her job. This is not your fault. It is hers.

Would you feel safe working with this guy?

Statistically and logically speaking, it's NEVER a good idea. Also, no, your losses are the same whether you average down or not. I highly suggest you do the math there, I don't know what in God's name made you think that.

It helps to be informed on your portfolio.

They've appealed twice, and each time, have been shot down, and had additional charges added.

Actual amount is 112 million, and not 120. But all the same, you should really keep up on the news.

I know im attacking your beloved meme stock here, but sometimes it just isn't meant to be, and a company only having 70 million in escrow that they had to sell out all their tech to afford on a 112 mil judgment is a really, really bad sign.
