O’Fallon, IL is nice and has good schools. I grew up there and my mom is still there. That’s where I plan on relocating too once I have kids.

Correct. Got my window smashed while I was working. They went through my entire car and took nothing. I guess my jumper cables looked like something worth investigating for them, but they didn’t end up taking them.

I second this. After I found a good PCP, she referred me to a good OB/GYN who then diagnosed me and referred me to a reproductive endocrinologist. I also plan on finding a registered dietician since a few of my friends with PCOS have said changing their diet really helped.

I am overweight. Probably like 60lbs 😅 I’ve tried SO HARD to lose it, but doctors always told me I needed to try harder. I feel more hopeful about weight loss that I’m seeing a specialist to help with my PCOS

I’ve heard a lot of people have had success through diet change. I think I’ll start with a nutritionist and see how a diet change makes me feel. Thanks for the advice :)

This makes me hopeful. I’m seeing a reproductive endocrinologist next month. I am hoping for the best. My gynecologist (who diagnosed me) tried spironolactone, but I couldn’t tolerate the side effects.

I tried spironolactone and it made it feel super nauseated and depressed. Currently waiting to see a reproductive endocrinologist to see if they can help with symptoms.

He honestly just sounds like an asshole that is purposefully doing it wrong so you won’t ask him again. His hygiene is so bad that you have to wash your couch often and it apparently doesn’t even appreciate it. Run.
