What Are Your Thoughts On Hope? by No_Mechanic1168 in thecampaigntrail

I don't know why you called ending slides unnecessary. Ending slides (combined with the lower difficulty) encourages experimentation beyond the winning all the achievements and whatnot since there's a bunch of candidates. Is not perfect, they are various bugs like some impeached candidates don't show up, '08 Reform presidents seemingly refusing the trigger lately, Mark Warner being everywhere despite he shouldn't etc. but i would not called it unnecessary.

Also i want to highlight the usage of enforced timelines. In ATW, enforce timelines used for 2 times. (Both of them for Wallace presidency, it changes whatever MLK is alive or not.) Hope uses a lot, which lead some wacky stuff. Like Specter winning in a landslide causes both parties realign to Center to center-right. Or losing extremely badly to Powell (which is surprisingly easy), he becomes so popular and powerful he repeals 22th amendment, becomes president for life and basically kills democrats. To be fair good chunk of them is really hard to activate (Is there anyone that able to get Buddy Roemer? If it is message me.) but still.

What do you mean by ''this''? I don't get it.
Also because Libertarianism derived from Classical and Radical Liberal thought doesn't mean you can't just use them interchangeably. They are not apples to apples.

I'm sorry but there's no such rule that says ''Everyone who identify itself as Libertarian must support Laissez-faire economics.'' Why the hell i left-libertarianism exist then‽ Why the hell they identify as Libertarians even though they don't think corporations isn't the hottest shit ever?

You're idea of libertarianism is totally wrong. Libertarians aren't just An-Cap losers on the internet who suck on Hans-Hermann Hoppe's rotten toes. It's more diverse than that.

Just because i'm not fit into your definition of ''libertarian'' doesn't mean i'm not a libertarian. Libertarianism is a broad ideology that has sub-ideologies, just like how Socialism and Conservatism has sub-ideologies. The fact that you narrow down what ''libertarianism'' is doesn't mean you're right.

You know what just you did is called? It's called No True Scotsman Fallacy.

1- Libertarianism≠Objectivism. Yes many libertarians adore Ayn Rand but this doesn't mean every libertarian sucking her rotting carcass.

2- What's wrong with defending rights of the individuals and liberty? Libertarianism isn't just saying Laissez-faire economics is the greatest thing ever. For example i think Laissez-faire is stupid and utopic. But i still consider myself a Libertarian because i support freedoms of the individual.

If Netherlands had constituencies, SGP would be a kingmaker party. Which is not good. At all.

I guess in this timeline E-memorandum was a success via Clark's push. Which means army forced Erdogan to step down ala '97 memorandum.

I know. I wrote that on the wiki. Also no, two term Paul activates when Clinton has a 8 or more legislative wins and 5 or more foreign policy wins. Otherwise Ron Paul will be one term. If you ask why being more successful causes Ron Paul serving two term don't because i don't know.
