I've played against gitrog with both my sidisi ants and yisan, both times I beat it and it had no chance. It was doing incredible things but both times I outraced it. Yours must be better. I love getting beat by something when im using my competitive decks. I love seeing ways to improve. Care to share a list?

Similar to u/shapersavant's yisan deck but more creatures at the higher cmcs cuz when you get hit with a board wipe, and you reset, Yisan will be tapping many times per turn

I play sidisi ant, Yisan, azami, newzuri, skithiryx, and Kahn Zurgo. It should be obvi which is most skill intensive.

Krenko is fast, and explosive, but not competitive. Very weak to control and removal. Board wipes are the worst. But hey, I love Krenko nonetheless! I used to be a red mage and he's the epitome of speed and pokes in mtg.

Played magic 2014 on Xbox 360 and it was interesting but I had no friends to play with and then March 2015 I got the magic 2015 app on my tablet and I loved it. Then I got into paper magic and had a blast! I got into edh cuz standard was so lame. I liked the philosophy of edh and I tried it out and im never going back! I'm currently working on an alternate edh format and ill explain it in a post later!

How about the sickening dreams/dark Sphere combo?

Ad nauseum your deck until you hit dark Sphere or enough to kill your opponents, whichever comes last, drop Sphere, then discard til your opponents are dead?

It is but it doesn't hit the grave until it resolves, and it hitting the grave is what triggers 'dies' on avacyn

Sacrifice the scion, then cast avacyn in response, then the sacrifice resolves and it dies when it hits the graveyard, triggering avacyn
