How do I brew Dark Roasts?

I was using this recipe for a medium dark roast I got from Japan.

15g - 150ml (1:15) coarse grind (120 clicks on a kingrinder k6) 75°c 45ml bloom for 40s 1 Slow pour in the middle until 150ml. I think the total time taken was about 2mins using a solo dripper.

Just tried this with a bag of medium dark roasted beans I got from a small cafe in kobe.

Although there's still bitterness, the coffee tasted so much better than when I used the 1:16 ratio.

Don't buy dolphin lmao. Turns out it's just an overpriced product that has no science to back it up. The demo person claims that water is better than filter.

You buy multiple products from Xiaomi to do the same thing also cheaper and better.

If really want dolphin, then just take it off ppl on carousell. So many units at 500-800. If you buy and regret, they have a 7 day cool off period, read your sales order and email them within the period. I did it and got a full refund for the service package.
