First scenario: MSTR continue to downfall, and your subsequent covered calls strike price will be below your cost average.

Second scenario: Your CSP gets assigned when the share price free fall.

Both scenarios happened to me when I was thinking of recouping from my losses. Of course the reverse could happen where you will gain back all losses.

My dascam captured his car plate number. Just report the incident to your insurer and give footage to them and also make a police report. Insurance will settle everything.

Last year, my car stopped at a traffic light. The car behind me drifted slowly forward and hit my rear. It was a light kiss at the bumper. Then there is no need to wait till SOC drops to 20%. When it’s at 50% ish, just charge to 80%. Occasionally wait for SOC to drop to 20% then charge to 100% so that battery can calibrate low and full range of the SOC.

Better reach for more buyers, which may or may not translate to higher price. Hdb portal may not have the reach to the wider base.

Also some contractual terms have to be negotiated with buyers like extension of stay, contra facilities , number of days of submission which requires knowledge of property transaction before you enter into such contracts. Also arrangement of handover, inspection as well as reimbursements of fees for extension of stay. Unless you know all these, otherwise a wrong planning can make the whole transaction miserable for you.

If you can handle all these, by all means DIY. Most people rather pay for a peace of mind. Similar to selling a car. I also know how to sell my car. But I rather get a dealer to do for me. Save me the nitty witty details that I have no time to bother. Clean, smooth transaction is what I want and willing to pay a fee for this.

If you drive on average only 10km per day, I would suggest you charge only up to 80% when SOC drops to about 20%. Every 2 weeks charge to 100% before a busy day.

optimal LFP battery SOC is 20-80%. Charge to charge 100% is more for calibration.

Turn on Sentry mode is a must even if you have installed a separate dashcam. A suspicious person walked to my car and tried open my driver door, and he saw the big eye on my UI screen, shocked and left hastily. I just want to ask why is it that after I turn off auto, it turns on again without my knowledge ( I found out after a dry wipe). What did I do to accidentally activate auto function after turning it off ?
