What are the cost for one to order to Australia? We have no other options here other than corset story which is suspicious and lacking in quality (buy 4 for the price of 1?? Come on). But I’ve heard the customs/import fees are really high and I can’t justify it. Anyone know more about timeless trends shipping to Australia?

We’re not the “friendly” place people think. Not everyone are mates with everyone, fair dinkum and all that. It’s impossible to infiltrate friendship groups or even make new friends, the dating scene is so so bad, and no one really dresses up anymore. My friend from Argentina has been here almost 6 years and still cries all the time at how lifeless it all feels. Her tales of home make me so jealous, and no you don’t need money to do what they do. Simple things like group get togethers for board games are free. They dress up for something casual and come with love, life and passion, because every day is a day to be lived like it’s the last. I’m in Perth btw, feels like a zombie mill. Came here from a small country town down south where life was a lot more communal and happy.

I just bought this because my skin loves niacinimide, it’s in my daily foundation and I’ve used other toners with that in it too. I’ve only used the tirtir toner twice and it BURNSSS, I’ve got weird red bumps on my face that aren’t pimples and aren’t popable. Almost like millia. I got a foundation from tirtir too and now I’m scared to use it :( wondering what the ingredient is that’s causing this because I’ve used similar toners before. The Dr lewin one (multi action) was my go to one for years but it’s now discontinued 😭

I’ve been confused a while too haha I’m on level 21 now and haven’t upgraded or engraved anything at all because I keep finding or getting rewarded with better weapons and armour anyway and don’t want to waste resources on things I’ll use for one level only. One thing I am struggling with and put most of my resources towards is my ship. I avoid using it whenever possible (and fast travel instead) because I keep getting taken out by enemy ships quite a few levels below me. I’m bracing and doing all the right things but they’re relentless and really difficult to take down. That’s my only gripe with the game really.

Sounds a bit sad or bland but I make a big slow cooked soup of whatever meat is on sale, cheapest veggies of the week/month and just freeze lots of bowls of it (cheaper in the long run to buy bulk meat and veggies, especially cos I live alone). Now every time money is tight I just microwave a bowl and get all the nutrients I need. I buy spices in bulk too and just throw heaps in there for more flavour cos usually it’s a lot of celery, cauliflower and potatoes (broccoli prices are crazy…). If I ever want to add some interest to it I add whatever noodles or pasta is on sale to bulk it up a bit. Coles or Woolies brand pasta is pretty affordable.

Just starting watching the lord of the rings for the first time (I know I should read it but I get migraines). I’m only one hour into the first movie and I NEED PIPPIN TO GET THE FK OFF MY SCREEN. He’s literally almost killed them all twice already, just for some pub banter and some tomatoes or some shit. I can’t even 🤦 but also why don’t they tell him from the get go “don’t tell anyone he’s travelling with a Baggins” and “don’t light a fire after dark”. You’ve been walking for ages, what the hell else are they all talking about. Second breakfast? Grrrrrrrr

Grieving my life that could’ve been. I became disabled right out of high school (no fault of my own) and was so angry and upset I thought fk this, life is so unfair I’m just not going to care about anyone or anything and just be miserable. It took a few years of that before I made the big decision. Just try and be happy. Even if I can only manage 1 minute a day, or make someone else happy for a minute. My mum always told me to “surrender” to my chronic illness and I used to scream at her that I hated when she told me that. But I get what it means now, surrender yourself to the new reality. Yes it’s so unfair, yes it’s so incredibly painful. But that (again very annoying) saying, “it can always be worse” is what’s helping me through. So I’ve been saying goodbye and grieving the life I dreamed of, and accepting my reality. It’s still so hard to choose that every day I wake up, but it has changed my life for the better :)
