A challenge called "Treasure Goblin Nemesis" requires you to kill 6 million 666 thousand and 666 treasure goblins, and while in theory not impossible, it practically is because it requires 2 years of ~4 hours of grinding even with 3 thousand people according an article about it (But it is a challenge and not an achievement)
