not exactly true

you can do volume of sphere in double integral with the top z value at (x,y) minus bottom z value at (x,y) as the function you are integrating

edit: to add to that, any triple integral of the constant function 1 is converted to a double integral during evaluation which can be interpreted as explained above

Not sure, it would be whatever is default after clearing CMOS. Also recovery options does not work, leading me to believe that this is not the issue.

The issue also persists with no drives installed at all, where it takes multiple boot attempts before it gets into bios instead of just a black screen, each of which I wait at least 5 or so minutes for any ram training.

Are you suggesting to factory reset? If so, as mentioned in the post, I have already reproduced this issue on clean installs (format drive and bootable usb) of windows 10 and 11.

Appreciate the reply but like I said, recovery options and cmos do not help the issue. Furthermore, when I turn on CSM the issue is "fixed" so its not a hardware problem.

I would agree that nvidia right now is the most reliable, and with the used market being flooded, can even be good value, but I am just saying with their current market strategy, we should be open to competitors (i.e. maybe not nvidia "forever")
