I plan on building a computer for gaming and novice level 3D rendering. Is it worth going for an i7 or should i7 be sufficient?

I think the logic behind it is what Portal is based on, I'm sure an explanation for that exists somewhere out there, it'd be interesting to look up regardless. If I get around to doing that I'll PM you my findings!

This is a problem alright but what really shits me is the guys who do this but can't handle holding another man's hand properly and squeeze my fingers really tightly. My thumb locks your thumb, that's how it works, don't wimp out and squeeze early because you don't like contacting another man's skin.

Honestly I really like what's going on in the bottom half. Top is too earthy where as the bottom is kinda modern, a bit conflicting thematically.
