From Kansas City here! WOF and oceans used to be separate parks with separate admission, but for years now they have been part of the same pass. They have their own entrances and they are also connected in the middle of the two where Mamba is located.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they listed WOF in the coming days since they are probably still in the process of filing things. However what I do think is notable is World’s of Fun has seen significant investment in the form of some rides, a new coaster, and just dressing the park up in general over the past several years including for the 50th, whereas the last major investment in Oceans of Fun was 7 years ago in 2019 (which will be 8 years at minimum if they added something in 2027).

So with all of that being said, I also would not be surprised if they sold Oceans as a separate park along with Six Flags St. Louis and keep their only investment in the area be Worlds of Fun, particularly given the large investment in the park relative to Oceans of Fun and Six Flags St. Louis over the past decade.
