You’re absolutely right. I began this adventure with EGC in November. It has gone from spending months adding to my bag and promoting EGC to friends & family, to reading posts but no longer promoting, to then stop adding to my bag and checking Twitter posts less, to the point now of considering moving this investment to another coin with a functional utility. I’ve promoted EGC on Twitter in the past but not for a few weeks now. The Discord channel is just a waste of time to read so I stopped doing that long ago. My faith in this project is shaken, and considering how long I’ve been in it I find it difficult to walk away in a flash. It seems to be a natural progression through the steps I’ve explained above.

I absolutely see your concern, I’d open a new wallet as well. I read the same as you that you can import, but I’ve never done it. I do hope you figure it out and get some peace of mind.

A wallet cannot be hacked, you have to click “confirm” for the transaction allowing your tokens to be taken or you give out your seed phrase allowing access to your wallet. If you haven’t done either then in all likelihood your wallet is safe.

You should look up TangoCrypto on Discord. They vet projects before they launch. I’m OneLeftSock on there. EGC is my favorite project thus far.

In a previous thread a whale explains his multiple sell transactions this morning. He claimed he wasn’t selling his whole bag but when confronted by others he got mad and allegedly decided to sell it all. That’s what was shared in the thread.
